The design concept of Lu Neng Mansion was inspired by an art gallery. The designers sought to create an intimate yet vibrant space that would allow visitors to experience a broad overlook of unique and special artworks. This design not only serves as a functional entertainment space but also creates a visual connection between entertainment and art.
The unique properties of this design lie in the deconstruction, segmentation, and recombination of space and artistic decorations. The external view of the building is designed with elements of Sail, and the surface of the architecture is undulated, symbolizing freedom and passion. Internally, the designers introduced a contemporary art design concept to bring an artistic experience to this relaxing space.
The realization of this design involved the use of warm colors and elaborate lighting and furniture to create a comfortable and friendly environment. The main colors used are ginkgo and orange, complemented by other natural colors. The flooring is exquisite and natural, with the texture of marble harmonizing with the patterns on the walls. The walls, made of logs, have a texture composed of stereoscopic lines.
The design of Lu Neng Mansion covers an area of 3000 square meters. The project was completed in August 2016. The designers faced the challenge of defining the character of each space, including reception, meeting room, health club, and children’s playground, using colors and materials. They also had to achieve a balance between different atmospheres.
Lu Neng Mansion is a testament to Ricky Wong Designers' commitment to creating spaces that are not just functional but also aesthetically pleasing. This design is a perfect example of how art and design can come together to create a space that is not only visually stunning but also comfortable and inviting.
